Dancing Mat Page.

Now we have found a New way of keeping fit.
There is now computer games for you to dance to, We have to use a special dance mat which plugs into
Your computer ( we use the Playstation One ). And basically you follow the arrows on screen and put your
feet on the arrows as they hit special parts of the screen. It is very easy to play but a lot of fun when you do.

This is a Dance Mat. You stand in the middle.

We have had 8 people playing the game in one go. ! ( Some where not linked to the computer
but they still played along )

This is the Best to play, It has got some very good music.
